Chicken or the egg?
I'm going to say the chicken, but that's beside
the point. Here are some things I can answer.
Q - What color is the background? Is the background clear?
A - There is no "background". The background is removed leaving
only the decal. When you receive your decal it is on a piece of paper
backing material with a piece of clear application tape. Once the
decal is applied it will give the appearance of being painted on or
stenciled. Only the image itself will remain on the surface.
Q - Can I just buy one sticker?
A - YES. No problem. Lots of folks do.
Q - What color are the decals?
A - Right now we are offering white, black and silver. These seem
to be the overwhelming leaders as far as demand goes.
Q - Why don't you have a phone number on your website?
A - Time = Money / The more time we spend on the phone the
more it costs and the more we would have to charge to make up for
that. We have found that email is a much more efficient way for us
to correspond. Rest assured that we will make every attempt to
reply promptly and answer all of your questions.
Q - How long will my sticker last/ How durable will it be?
A - The lifetime will vary. The environment and the elements will
play a big role. While the vinyl we use is rated for 5-7 years, as with
any product, constant extreme conditions may shorten its lifespan.
Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A - Most orders ship within 5 business days. Our location in the
central US is an advantage in this respect. We are in southeast
Iowa and generally ship Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your delivery
seems to be taking too long, send us an email. We have had a few
hung-up in the mail, but all have been delivered.
Q - How will my order be shipped, and how much will that cost?
A - Good ol' USPS. US Postal Service. Check out our pricing page
for more details.
Q - How big are these things?
A - Each set of tracks is approximately 5.5 - 6" tall and 4.5" wide.
For the most part the height is consistent, but the width may vary.
Individual tracks follow the same general measurements.
